Vilis Kuksa
I started the business in 1987 and qualified as a Guild Commended Framer in 1997. I'm also a photographer, specialising in aerial and landscape work. Many photos are on sale in the shop of Penarth & Cardiff, by day, by night and from the air. Being Penarth born & bred, I have a natural affinty for the area and I hope this shows in my photography.

We pride ourselves on personal service. We'll help with your choice of framing, mounting and how best to present your artwork etc.
